SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
SALE ITEMS cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you want to return an item(s), please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items need to be received within 7 days after you receive your RMA. Items will not be accepted for return without preauthorization.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
We ask that you send your return or exchange via courier service only to the address listed immediately below. Please ensure that you arrange suitable insurance when returning any items as we cannot accept responsibility in the case of loss/damage for items we do not ship ourselves. Please also remember to note the tracking number of your package. In the case of exchanges, once we receive your return, we will ship out your exchange free of charge.
We ask that all international customers be aware that all international customs, duties and sales taxes are the responsibility of the receiver and will not be reimbursed. Please note due to differences in international banking systems, we only accept Paypal payments for international orders.
If items are sent in error by CHICUN, a refund will be issued to the credit card holder. Please note card refunds may take up to 30 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers.
Only items that CHICUN confirm are new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange. Therefore, items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
- CLOTHES & ACCESSORIES
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all store and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer (at the customer’s cost).
Where applicable, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
In accordance with federal and state health code regulations, we do not accept returns or exchange panties, bikinis, g-strings, thongs, bodysuits, swimwear, shapewear panties or similar intimate items so please select these items with care. These are a final sale.
All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer.
- LATE RETURNS
Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of CHICUN and may only be refunded as a store credit.
- GIFT RETURNS
If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for store credit.
- FAULTY GOODS
Goods are classified as faulty if they are damaged upon receipt. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ateliernewyork.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
